I know how busy we all are, but I truly believe that we need to look within ourselves to live our best life, the one we and our families truly deserve.

My qualifications and how I practice

I am a MOE Certified Coach with the MOE Foundation

The MOE Foundation are founded on the core belief that by empowering our own lives we can positively impact the lives of the people around us.

During their courses they  teach personal leadership tools and coaching methods that help people to discover their sense of purpose, meaning and contribution.

As a MOE Coach I have learnt to empower myself to be a better listener, communicate more authentically and connect deeper.

I will work with you mindfully, positively

and most importantly authentically to help you reach your goals.

    I truly believe that Coaching is for everyone, and everyone should have access to it.  I have three Work with Me packages starting at just £120 for 3 sessions, but payment options are available ahould you need them.

    Let's have a chat and get to know each other. 


    During this FREE call we will discuss where you are, how you're feeling and IF you know, where you'd like to go from here - But do not worry if you are a little unsure at this time ... my Coaching will help you gain clarity and insight into things that you may never have thought about before!


    During our Connection Call we can start to build that all important relationship that is essential for effective Coaching.   You can take this time to ask any questions that you may have, and use it to decide if I am the Coach for you.


    Never any pressure.  Never any obligation.

  • 3. Look at what I have to offer

    I am taking 1 to 1 clients now.   


    I have three Work with Me packages;


    My Exploration Package is 3 sessions priced at £120  - suitable for those who are ready to explore the Coaching World.


    My Motion Package is 6 sessions priced at £180 - suitable for those who  are ready for some real shifts.


    My Power Package is 9 sessions priced at £240 - suitable for those who are ready to truly find their Power.

      

    All packages come with my extra support and guidance and each package can be upgraded at any time.


    Your personalised programme plan will be discussed and created during our First Session.  With intentions set the fun really begins.


    I truly believe that Coaching should be accessible to all, so payment options and plans are available on request.
